Labor finders was founded in 1975 in West Palm Beach, Florida, for the purpose of providing qualified staffing employees for industrial and construction projects. Labor Finders is still strongly embedded in those primary markets while continuing to explore new business opportunities. In many respects we remain faithful to our past with knowledge that we are prepared for the new Millennium.

                                                                      HOW WE WORK!

The staffing business has become a formidable growth industry with sales exceeding expectations every year. Growth has occurred because services provided to the clients represent an acceptable alternative to hiring on their own.

From the beginning businesses have tried to match workload to workforce, and it has always been a difficult process. The need to balance the two has been driven by requirements of demand and productivity needed to meet that demand. Having too many workers employed during times of reduced demand is costly, inefficient, and results in a serious drain on profits. In a time when global economy is a reality and competition is fierce, bringing balance to the workforce versus workload is paramount. Labor Finders provides a reasonable alternative to this idea in that a client can use the productivity of Labor Finders workforce for the time they are needed and send them away when they are not needed. Thus, the client company can change employees from a fixed expense to a variable expense by having the chance to reduce numbers of workers as the situation dictates.

Labor Finders is the employer company and as such is responsible for the federal and state unemployment taxes, workers' compensation and other employer related contributions. Labor Finders recruits applicants based upon client orders and skills required to fill those orders. Labor Finders performs all the activities required by law and those associated with good human resource and OSHA guidelines. Once candidates are selected, they are provided to the client company to work for a pre-determined period at a pre-determined bill and pay rate. The client confirms the worker's activity by signing a time card each pay period verifying hours worked. The time card is then sent to Labor Finders and provides information needed to produce a pay check for the employee. The client is then billed and pays Labor Finders according to the terms. Under this agreement Labor Finders remains the employer and must assume all responsibilities the law requires.

Labor Finders is a sales/service company driven to provide quality services with loyalties to both client and to employee, and it must learn to balance both aspects of the business equally well. The lack of one or the other will certainly cause an inability to perform satisfactorily. True satisfaction of a job well done comes from:
